What it does
Claude searches the web in real time to check whether this agent has a findable presence on Google, Zillow, Realtor.com, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Facebook, Homes.com, and the @properties site — then summarizes what it finds.
AI visibility
Separately, Claude checks what comes up when someone searches "best real estate agent in [city]" and whether this agent appears — a proxy for what an AI assistant might surface or know.
Scoring
Platform Coverage (60%) is weighted by impact — Google Business Profile and Zillow count most. AI Visibility (40%) reflects the discovery and named-lookup checks. 80+ = Strong, 55–79 = Needs Work, below 55 = Significant Gaps.
Limits
This reflects what Claude's web search surfaces in one pass — it can miss things or occasionally misjudge a result. Treat it as a strong starting point, not a certified audit. Currently reflects Claude's view only (not ChatGPT/Gemini/Perplexity individually).
